Black Women In Logistics was founded in 2024 by Christie L. Anderson. As she rose through the ranks of various logistic companies, one prevailing theme was the lack of black female representation. All too often she was the only woman and/or woman of color in the room. She found herself asking why. More importantly, she vowed to help create change.
